WHITE CHOCOLATE SNACKS

BEYAZ

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gram Elit white chocolate
  • ½ water glass walnut
  • ½ water glass peeled almond
  • ½ water glass raisin
  • 1 espresso cup chopped dried fruits
  • 1 table spoon butter

PREPARATION

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. After melting, take it off from the stove and add the butter. Lay oil paper onto your tray and pour the almond, walnut and nut, cook them in the oven for a couple of minutes. Put everything in a large bowl including the nuts. With the help of a table spoon, make little snacks and put the tray into the refrigerator. Leave for some hours and serve after stiffened
