BROWNIE CAKE WITH “NUANS” DARK CHOCOLATE

PREPARATION

First, melt margarine in a pan and let it cool; then mix egg, sugar, margarine, vanilla, milk and cocoa well and leave 1 cup of this mixture aside; add flour and baking powder to the rest of the mixture and mix again; pour into an oiled pan; bake in the oven at 170° C. Choose the pan yourself but a small pan shall be ideal.

When the cake is almost baked, melt Nüans bitter chocolate on a double boiler; put water in a pot and let the water boil; put the chocolate in a cup and put the cup on the pot and let it melt; pour the melted chocolate into the cup of cake mixture you’ve separated and mix; take the cake from the oven and cut in square shapes, pour this chocolate mixture on it; garnish it if you wish and serve.
