• 100 gram Elit Bitter Chocolate
  • ½ water glass oil (100gr)
  • 1 espresso glass milk (50gr)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 water glass sugar (200gr)
  • 1 espresso cup Elit cacao (30gr)
  • 1.5 water glasses flour (180gr)
  • 1 espresso cup nut powder
  • 1 dessert spoon baking powder
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla
  • 1 tea spoon cinnamon


In a pot, put the oil and milk. When it begins to get hot, add the chopped bitter chocolate slowly. In another bowl, mix the sugar and egg together. When the chocolate melts, add this to the mixture as well. After stiring them together, put flour, baking powder and nut powder. Pour the mixture to the greasy cake mold and cook for 40 minutes in 160 degrees pre-heated oven.
